Hans op de Beeck (1969, Belgium)

Staging Silence (2009) ‘Staging Silence’ is based around abstract, archetypal settings that lingered in the memory of the artist as the common denominator of the many similar public places he has experienced. The video images themselves are both ridiculous … Continue reading

Antje Schiffers (1967, Germany)

“Having work is the main thing, 2003/04 “ いろんな場所に一定期間滞在して、その場所のコミュニティー等々と関わるプロジェクトをたくさんしています。 Antje Schiffers is interested in the everyday realities of various groups within society, and in the ways their lives are shaped by economic, political, and social conditions – at both local … Continue reading

Pawel Althamer (1967, Poland)

http://www.culture.pl/en/culture/artykuly/os_althamer_pawel
